Note: A transcript/equivalency certificate is considered official when enclosed in a sealed envelope from the institution or sent electronically by the sending institution. 它还必须包括毕业/完成日期，如果适用的话，和学校官员的签名. Foreign educated students must have their college 和 high school transcripts evaluated by one of the following credential evaluators:

EMT 和 Paramedic students without a Social Security number may still attain a national registry certification but will not be granted Maryl和 licensure.
