Taking on the role of editor-in-chief, managing editor, 宣传经理或职员为学生提供在创意领域发展与工作相关技能的机会. 学生们开员工会议，为杂志做广告，同时征求意见, 在预算范围内工作，并与印刷店协调，以产生一卷值得的创造性工作包含在其页面. 工作人员还可以在为期刊工作的同时获得大学学分. AACC的“作家阅读”活动邀请了包括诗人在内的众多作家参加, fiction writers, essayists, songwriters, memoirists, playwrights, journalists and screenplay writers. 客座作家朗读他们的作品，并与观众讨论他们的创作过程, 他们的职业生涯弧线和对新手作家的建议.
